Creating a new Security Role

From the Control Panel you will want to select the Roles icon from the Common Tasks section, or navigate to the Admin > Security Roles page from the menu control. Select the Add New Role module action to begin the security role creation process.

Roles are used to create groupings of users, once you have roles and users in those roles you can start to delegate the view and edit permissions for certain aspects of your DNN websites.
