Creating a new User Account

Creating a new User Account - From the Control Panel you will want to select the Users icon from the Common Tasks section, or navigate to the Admin > User Accounts page from the menu control. Select the Add New User module action to begin the account creation process

Users can also create their own accounts by clicking on the Register link for a website.

If you failed to include the register link in your skin you can create a register link by using a url like the one below. (replace dotnetnukedocs.com with your domain name)
