DotNetNukeDocs.com is no longer up and running as an editable Wiki. We encourage you to check out and contribute to the Wiki now hosted on DotNetNuke.com. http://wiki.dotnetnuke.com/
This page is populated with tips for how to configure and use the DotNetNuke Wiki module found here on DotNetNukeDocs.com.For basic information about how to use the DotNetNuke Wiki module check out the Wiki Text Directions that can be found when editing a Wiki entry.
When you create a new Wiki page (through a link) please try to use a short URL, but define the link title using a description. ex: to link to the DotNetNuke Module Development page we create a link using [ [ModuleDevelopment|DotNetNuke Module Development] ] (note, the brackets shouldn't have a space in them for a real link).
When editing a page please be sure to expand the "Page Search Engine Optimization" section and define a title and description.
Use headings on your pages, H1 is used for the page title (from the SEO section) from there you can create headings using H2, H3, H4, etc. Headings should be used for organizational purposes.
Provide a link back to the previous page (assuming it's a main topic page) when possible, to provide users easy ways to get back to the primary page for a topic. We'll be working on a better navigation structure for the Wiki soon.
More coming soon.
